In Crisy21's blog 5, I agree with Crissy21 about this situation that has been in the air for a long while. Many in fact do smoke it, but many do need it for medical purposes. One should not have to leave the state just because the one treatment that can possibly save a life is in fact Marijuana. In many cases some have turned to this plant seeking help because nothing else works. People should be able to get the help they need without having to move completely to another state just because it is not legalized. A lot of people with health issues have benefited from using this plant. Why do many have to leave their homes just because they can't get the treatment they need, that to me is ridiculous. So i do believe it should be legalized in the sense of trying to save someones life, and i do believe it is much safer than someone smoking tobacco back to back.
